Who is Hilti?

We offer innovative solutions for the construction industry, emphasizing a passionate, inclusive team and a performance-driven culture. A substantial amount of our profit goes to the Hilti Foundation, promoting societal growth and sustainable impact.

What does the role involve?

Our Learning & Development team is responsible for designing and implementing a structured onboarding week for all Hilti new joiners. One of the true highlights of this week is the hands-on day, where new joiners get the unique opportunity to experience Hilti’s product lineup firsthand.

During your internship, you will work in project-mode and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance this hands-on day experience by integrating the full range of Hilti offerings, with a special emphasis on showcasing our software solutions.
