What's the role?
As part of our Learning & Development HQ team you will bring the onboarding experience for new team members to the next level. You will get a deep understanding of Hilti’s product offering with hardware, software and services and find out, how we can make the onboarding experience even more exciting.
Start date: from October 2024 for 4-6 months, 60-100%

What does the role involve?
Our Learning & Development team is responsible for
supporting new team members
with a structured onboarding week. One of the true highlights for new joiners during this week is a full hands-on day to experience Hilti‘s product lineup. In your project you will be responsible for
identifying opportunities to integrate all Hilti offerings into this product day with a special focus on our software offering.
Building on a framework, your key responsibilities will be the following:
- Understand today’s presentation of our
product offering within the onboarding process.
- Identify opportunities to enhance software topics in the onboarding process
by collaborating closely with our team and business stakeholders and work out concept for integration.
- Develop an implementation plan that transforms our product day to the next level.

What you need is:
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s / Master’s program in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar for the internship period
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- Proven conceptual skills paired with hands-on mentality
- Curious to learn about our product offering
- Fluency in spoken and written English
