We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media Expert to join our dynamic marketing team based in our regional Hub in Panamá City, Panamá. This role will focus on devising and implementing paid media strategies specifically tailored for the Latin American market. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of regional trends, consumer behavior, and effective advertising platforms.

What does the role involve?

As a Paid Media Expert, your main activities are but not limited to:

  • Manage all Paid Media Strategy of Hilti Latin America
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) targeting Latin American audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the Latin American market.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices in paid media advertising and updates of new technologies for media analytics.

What you need is:

  • Willing to based in Panamá City, Panamá
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Assets updates in social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
  • Previous experience in Implementation of digital guideline and Data processing
  • Experience in managing large-scale paid media budgets.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
