In this position, you are part of a team developing future technologies for anchor and fire protection system solutions. You are providing test results to the project teams and contributing to further strengthen understanding of technological levers.

What does the role involve?
Within an engaged development team, you understand technology requirements and translate them into precise testing task that you perform with your technician team. Gaps in the testing and qualification methods you are overcoming by support of our test technology team and external partners. You react flexibly on unexpected results, are managing time and budget targets, support data assessment in close cooperation with the developers and approval engineers. You are a strong team player with passion for hands-on experience, a problem-fixing mindset and open to go the extra mile to bring outstanding results.
We are a team of technicians and engineers in mechanical engineer, civil engineer and material science working together to make fastening technology and fire stopping applications a better experience for our customers.

What you need is:
- First professional experience in R&D projects in engineering or similar technical field
- Master degree in engineering e.g. material science, civil engineering or mechnical engineering
- Passion for testing including data assessment and statistics
- Team orientation
- Good presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of English language. German language would be a plus.
