A substantial amount of our profit goes to the Hilti Foundation, promoting societal growth and sustainable impact.

What does the role involve?

Your key responsibility will be to lead the technical part of our projects. You will be coordinating supporting resources from different organizations both internal and external partners. Internal communication on project status and technical maturity is a recurring activity. Assessing the technical maturity and the associated risk profile of the different solution is a key competence. Proactivity, hands-on as well as a “can do, will do” attitude are important characteristics to achieve outstanding results.

You’ll work with some of the industry’s most trusted and innovative engineering products.
