What's the Role?

The key Project Manager is responsible for covering and penetrating The Green Hydrogen project and other Power Transmission and Distribution Packages of NEOM.

The Green Hydrogen project is one of the largest and most complex capital projects for NEOM. The first industrial-scale mega project will provide a green energy carrier worldwide to contribute to the industry's decarbonization.

This position's complexity is derived from the size of this project with a high amount of executing parties, engineering offices and construction sites at the same time. The position reports to the NEOM Construction Project Director.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to own project ship-to territories, promoting all Hilti relevant solutions by providing commerical support and coordinate support from other Hilti functions on key construction project sites - responsible to overall project sales results.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Sales or Engineering;
  • Power, Water or Renewable Energy business experience and understanding of these segments in KSA is advantageous;
  • Product and application knowledge to be able to address customer questions in confidence and without requiring the support of back-office functions
