What’s the role?

As a Hilti Digital Engineering Specialist, you are representing Hilti and showcasing the brand through the creation of content, social media insights, formulating strategies for our target markets. Your role will have a regional influence as you will be working with and impacting people all over Africa, Middle East and Central Asia (META)

What does the role involve?

In this role, as the Digital Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying and recommending strategies to enhance the performance of digital marketing activities across various channels such as web, mobile, email, social media, and search, in collaboration with the local and global Strategic Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.

You will support the definition of regional Ask Hilti (Engineering Center) roadmap by working with Engineering Marketing, F&P BUs, and Ask Hilti development team to enhance the end-user experience and meet internal customer needs.

Also you will be;

Assisting in coordinating with Global ECC and BUs Engineering Marketing to shape the editorial page for specifiers, including drafting and testing editorial pages, and coordinating with markets for local publication, particularly focusing on reshaping specifier-relevant editorials on HOL during the transition to add the Engineering Center tab.


Contributing to defining, implementing, and monitoring the performance of Engagement Marketing flows and Lead Generation processes for specifiers, and share best practices for improvement with the organization, including EM flows for PROFIS Engineering, Ask Hilti, and Regional Flows in META


Collaborating with various teams (software, digital marketing, product/BU/Trade managers, global digital) to develop strategies for measuring the impact of digital platforms and marketing campaigns.


Supporting internal stakeholders in increasing digital analytics measurement plans and reporting on the performance of digital content and campaigns.

Hilti's marketing teams are strategic, innovative, informed, and technical, working on new projects and collaborating across the business to grow the company's reputation and market share worldwide.

What do we offer?

What you need is:

  • Engineering Degree preferred
  • Currently based in Dubai
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic - verbal and written
  • Familiarity and up-to date on Social Media Marketing Trends and are an active first user. Preferably experience in this area between 1-2 years
  • Your university degree is any of the following journalism, digital marketing, social media.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Emirati with a Family book
