As an Energy Construction Project Manager, you will lead major energy projects from early-stage planning and design specification to on-site execution. By promoting Hilti’s integrated solutions across products, services, and software and coordinating cross-functional teams, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maximize project business opportunities.
What You'll do
1. Develop strategies and execution plans for major energy projects.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project development and execution.
3. Develop and monitor project sales plans and design-in progress.
4. Work with Engineering teams to influence owners, consultants, EPCs and contractors for early specification.
5. Build relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
6. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project execution and risk management.
7. Share project knowledge and best practices across teams.
What You’ll Bring
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. STEM background OR solid experience in the energy industry.
3. Project Management experience.
4. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
5. Proactive, resourceful, and able to learn quickly.
6. Strong stakeholder management and business sense.
7. Construction Project Management experience is a plus.
8. Good English communication skills is a plus.
