What does the role involve?

This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international technical leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2 
years program, you’ll be placed at the heart where our innovation happens, providing you with a first-hand experience in our core technical functions from day one where you get to engage with senior management and have a dedicated mentor to guide you. 

Within the program you rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and 
hone your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into 3 main stages: 

  • 15-18 months at our innovation and development centers in Schaan (Liechtenstein) or Kaufering near Munich (Germany), working with an international team on cutting-edge projects and supporting our goal of carbon-neutral power tools and  consumables.
  • 3-6 months strategic project at our head office in Schaan, in areas like engineering, marketing, logistics, HR, or finance.
  • 3 months international strategic outside the region, where you will contribute to transformative initiatives on a global scale.

We develop our people by challenging them to leave their comfort zone, be it exploring other business areas, leading different teams or working in new locations.

  • Introductory Global Summit: Experience 4 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein, featuring the presence of our Executive Board and Global Senior Leadership. The summit offers a comprehensive overview of our business, while fostering soft skill development and meaningful collaboration with fellow program participants.
  • Social Project Summit: 7 days dedicated to building a better future , with contribution to a hands-on, high-impact community project. This experience offers the chance to immerse yourself in a different culture while actively improving living conditions for those in need.
  • Leadership Summit: An enriching learning journey in partnership with a renowned business school, featuring online modules and collaborative projects with fellow program participants. The experience concludes with a 5-day on-campus summit to deepen insights and to foster business and leadership skills.

After the program, you are prepared to take immediate responsibility and join one of our development, procurement, or technical project teams.

What you need is:

  • (Soon to be) completed master’s degree in engineering or similar technical field.
  • Multilingual-fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad.
  • Internationally mobile.
  • A flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
  • A global thinker, eager to learn, and keen on diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad.
