We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Design Specialist, who will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic assets for organizational initiatives and campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across print and digital projects, video also preferable. You will collaborate with stakeholders to interpret goals into impactful visuals for various communication channels. You will also be responsible for Managing diverse design responsibilities while upholding Hilti's brand integrity, also to take projects from start to completion with direction, collaboration and feedback from the rest of the immediate team(s).

What You'll do

You will take ownership as a Brand enforcer, and specialist, while maintaining the integrity of the Hilti brand and company name. You will also be responsible for the art and creative direction of multiple kinds of design, artwork, department-specific requirements, and not only team-centric projects.
As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will be required to bring forth the following graphic design skills for print and digital media - Social media post designs for multiple platforms, advertisement designs, editorial designs, brochure designs, icon/logo designs, web banner/ email designs, design and graphics for company website, events branding, retail designs, signage designs for stores (interior & exterior), creative concept development of various marketing collaterals, campaign advertising, vehicle branding, infographics, flyers, packaging designs, invitations, posters, banners, apparel designs, stationery designs, illustration, concept art for gift items/giveaways and packaging designs

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or design-related major (preferred, not a must).
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ working within, or supporting a marketing department.
  • Possess a strong, creative portfolio design skill, that demonstrates fresh thinking and quality execution in multiple formats across traditional, social media & digital platforms.
  • Evidence of advanced skills in Adobe creative cloud software, showing an excellent sense of design, typography, layout, web and digital design principles.
  • Competence to communicate in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in print design and knowledge of printing principles, basic color-theory, and print materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, staying focused on design principles; art and information flow in relation to company guidelines.
  • Eagle-eye, attention-to-detail and ability to follow creative direction and interpret style guidelines
  • Software skills of the following programs (absolute minimum): Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • A team player who demonstrates passion for both teaching and learning design
  • Experience in a consulting/professional services environment (design or marketing) preferred with a proven client-centric approach.
  • Experience with video, web, UX/UI and motion design is a plus.
