This role combines data analysis, process and systems expertise (SAP, Excel, tools and processes in solution department), but above all, it requires business understanding and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. What are the responsibilities associated with this role?
- Monitor and improve local service processes in SAP, aligned with global standards
- Perform internal controls (ICS) and ensure compliance with local and global requirements
- Create and update sales reports; analyze data to support decision-making
- Support the implementation and optimization of fleet management systems
- Conduct system testing, including regression tests before system updates
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on process and system initiatives
- Support and develop the local key user community
- Maintain and update process documentation

Our requirements:
- Very good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong proficiency in SAP
- Experience using MS Excel Analysis (SAP P72 queries)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
- Flexibility and openness to fast changing environment
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with MS Excel macros or scripting
