What does the role involve?
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert for Hilti’s solutions. You will identify opportunities, provide advice (engineering consultancies, architects, project owners), and guide technical decisions toward our products (anchoring, support systems, fire protection, façades, etc.).
You will work closely with the sales teams to turn specifications into actual sales. You will oversee large-scale projects from start to finish—from design offices to on-site implementation—in sectors such as data centers, pharmaceuticals, and energy.

What you need is:
- Engineering degree in civil engineering, ideally with two years of experience
- Initial experience in engineering or the construction sector is a plus
- Practical mindset, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, and responsiveness
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
- Fluent in Dutch or French; international experience is a plus
