What's the role?
To support the growth in Hilti Hong Kong, this role will integrate the knowledge of Hilti business and understand the market landscape of Hong Kong including competition locally and work closely with Hong Kong engineering, sales and marketing team to define the marketing strategy to maximize the return of the business and drive execution across teams.

What does the role involve?
- Formulate marketing strategy to drive the fastening & protection sector growth in Hong Kong
- Identifying Hilti opportunities based on market needs and work closely with product leadership team and engineering team to steering performance.
- Actively visit the consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to support in-depth understanding of the market
- Drive and execute marketing campaigns and events and build network with local construction associations.
- As a strong business partner to assess business performance trends and work with engineering & sales management team to build business cases to invest based on opportunities or de-invest based on optimization potential in the trade in accordance with trade strategy.

What you need is:
- Degree in engineering related discipline
- 4-6 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing, working with consultants or main contractors will be an advantage
- Capable in multi-tasking and successfully manage and drive a complex range of initiatives in parallel
- Proven ability to work in a structured way and achieve outstanding results with teamwork
- Strong influencing skills and highly capable in engaging stakeholders at all levels and functions
- Excellent communications skills and high proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Aspire in developing a long-term career with the company
