Summer Internship - Finance (2025)

What's the role?

As Finance intern in Hilti, you will be able to gain exposure across different finance projects, develop understanding of our fleet business model.

What does the role involve?

• Drive process improvement in various topics, e.g., on-boarding new members, rolling forecast, productive growth analysis, etc.
• Deliver financial analysis and provide innovative insights
• Assist in projects, including Fixed Asset Management, Procurement and Vendor analysis
• Assist in ad hoc projects or analysis assigned from supervisor

What you need is:

• Undergraduate students in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Proficiency in comprehensive data processing, automation tools such as AI, powerBI is a strong plus
• Good understanding and academic background in financial analysis and accounting in corporate environment
• Evidence of self-driven personality and proactive cross-team collaboration
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese - written and verbal; Mandarin is a plus
