What's the role?

You are part of a cross functional project team developing highly differentiated systems or tools and defining technology roadmaps. Your role is to steer the technical development of these products by steering development, testing, external/internal partners and supporting functions to achieve outstanding technical solutions. In addition, you will shape the technology roadmap and implementation strategy by working closely with the end- customers to understand and define their needs.

What you need is:

  • Master/PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Proven professional expertise in a development department, ideally initial know-how in the technical management of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion to develop products and technical solutions combined with and a hands-on mentality.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must, and additional languages are a plus.
