What You'll do

As a LeadForward Campus Ambassador, you'll be Hilti's connection to your campus, leaning into what fits your strengths and your university best.

Connect the Campus Community

• Use your existing connections across clubs, societies, and group chats to build bridges between your campus and Hilti
• Help Hilti reach and engage the right student groups
• Contribute ideas that help shape future student engagement initiatives

• Support the planning and promotion of campus events, career fairs, and activities
• Bring a student perspective into how events are shaped and pitched
• Connect students with Hilti's learning and career opportunities
• Gather insights on student interests and feedback

• Create relatable content for campus and social media
• Promote Hilti's employer branding initiatives and student engagement activities
• Share your real experiences and opportunities with fellow students

• Take part in exclusive leadership development activities and ambassador projects
• Strengthen how you communicate, collaborate, and influence others
• Work on personal growth goals throughout the programme

What You’ll Bring

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
