We are looking for an Implementation and Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality on‑site implementations, ensuring customer readiness, and enabling users to adopt our digital solutions effectively.
What You'll do
Main activities you will be responsible for:
- Lead the on-site implementation of TPM solution contracts
- Conduct kick-off meetings to define a tailored implementation setup
- Deliver high-quality training to relevant customer stakeholders
- Drive impactful user enablement to ensure adoption and self-service
- Ensure customer readiness and satisfaction throughout the implementation
- Execute standardized on-site care services
- Create leads for targeted up- and cross-selling
What You’ll Bring
Good knowledge of the English language
Strong digital mindset and customer‑consulting orientation
Valid driving license
Degree in Economics or Computer Science
Previous experience in customer-facing or technical roles
What’s In It for You
· Fixed term contract 12 months
· Classification under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) II Level
· Annual gross salary plus target variable compensation, with a total target remuneration of no less than € 42.000
