Biography

Tori Lantz is the Senior Manager of Health, Safety, and Environment at Hilti Inc., where she leads the advancement of health and safety standards across all HNA facilities and team members while ensuring companywide compliance with waste handling regulations. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager of Hilti Store Operations, where she successfully brought Hilti Stores into full compliance for the first time in HNA history. Earlier in her career at Hilti, Tori held a variety of roles including Regional Manager in Customer Service, Local Process Expert for Technical Services, Customer Data Analyst, and Customer Service Representative supporting MO Central customers when she began her Hilti journey in 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University. Tori has one dog fur-baby, Sarabi, and in her spare time enjoys quilting, cross stitching, reading, or relaxing on the patio with her husband. | Joshua Pelton is the Senior Manager of Logistics Care where he leads Logistics Care operations within the Order Management organization, supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery across North America. He moved into Order Management as a Senior Manager in 2024 after spending the majority of his 11year Hilti career across Sales and Customer Service, including roles as an Account Manager and Regional Manager. Joshua holds an MBA from Bellevue University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Josh enjoys listening to podcasts and books, any and all outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two children. | Anna Irwin is the Regional Process Expert for Order Management Services and Customer Care Handling, supporting process improvement, project management, and systems escalations across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Anna began her Hilti career in 2019 after earning her bachelor’s degree in international business from Oklahoma State University. She first managed daily operations at the Oklahoma City Hilti Store during the COVID‑19 lockdown. In 2021, she joined the Transportation team in Tulsa, OK, overseeing import and inbound deliveries to distribution centers across the US and Canada. During this period, she played a key role in navigating the global supply chain crisis of 2021–2023. In 2023, Anna transitioned to Order Management Services, contributing to backorder management and various process improvement initiatives. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Bellevue University. Anna has two cats with her husband and loves to spend her time hiking, camping, collecting rocks, and travelling.
