Steve Maloney is the Head of Human Resources at Hiti Fieldwire, Inc., responsible for global HR operations including business partnership, benefits, payroll, and supporting a workforce of 300+ Fieldies across 20+ countries. Prior to this role, he served as HR Director for the Software & Digital teams at Hilti North America, where he managed HR initiatives for U.S.-based team members within two global software business units. He also held the position of HR Director for the US Central Market Organization, the position which started his time in HR. Earlier in his career at Hilti, Steve worked as a Regional Sales Manager, leading a sales team in St. Louis, Missouri, and as Technical Marketing Program Manager in Plano, Texas, developing and managing continuing education programs for specifiers across North America. He began his career with Hilti as a Hilti Store Representative and Account Manager in the Chicago, Illinois region. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in Spanish from the University of Dayton.
