Natalia Gomez is a strategic project management leader with more than 15 years of experience in construction and industrial engineering. She has spent 11 years at Hilti, where she leads teams of project managers across the East Coast, overseeing large-scale fire protection projects and identifying opportunities to grow market share. Before joining Hilti, Natalia worked as an industrial engineer in the aluminum extrusion industry. She specializes in coaching engineers, improving life safety design workflows and launching new products with global market strategies. Her work has taken her to Colombia, the United States and China, giving her a broad international perspective. Steve Maloney is the Head of Human Resources at Hiti Fieldwire, Inc., responsible for global HR operations including business partnership, benefits, payroll, and supporting a workforce of 300+ Fieldies across 20+ countries. Prior to this role, he served as HR Director for the Software & Digital teams at Hilti North America, where he managed HR initiatives for U.S.-based team members within two global software business units. He also held the position of HR Director for the US Central Market Organization, the position which started his time in HR. Earlier in his career at Hilti, Steve worked as a Regional Sales Manager, leading a sales team in St. Louis, Missouri, and as Technical Marketing Program Manager in Plano, Texas, developing and managing continuing education programs for specifiers across North America. He began his career with Hilti as a Hilti Store Representative and Account Manager in the Chicago, Illinois region. Tori Lantz is the Senior Manager of Health, Safety, and Environment at Hilti Inc., where she leads the advancement of health and safety standards across all HNA facilities and team members while ensuring companywide compliance with waste handling regulations. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager of Hilti Store Operations, where she successfully brought Hilti Stores into full compliance for the first time in HNA history. Earlier in her career at Hilti, Tori held a variety of roles including Regional Manager in Customer Service, Local Process Expert for Technical Services, Customer Data Analyst, and Customer Service Representative supporting MO Central customers when she began her Hilti journey in 2013.
