What will you be doing?

As a Sales Territory Planner, you will support the design and optimization of sales territories in the CEE region, with a particular focus on the Czech, Poland. Slovak market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from sales, controlling, marketing, and finance teams to translate business needs into actionable territory plans.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer and market data to define optimal territory boundaries and customer allocation.
  • Sales Performance Support: Monitor sales KPIs, identify underperforming areas, and propose improvement actions.
  • Customer Assignment Logic: Apply and maintain rules for customer distribution across sales teams.
  • Reporting: Build clear, actionable reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Data Quality Management: Maintain high standards of customer and sales data accuracy and completeness.

What do we expect?

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, business planning, or a similar role involving large data sets and business interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level); familiarity with Power BI, SAP or SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights in a simple and structured way, both verbally and in writing.
  • Communicative Czech (min. B1) – needed for regular collaboration with Czech sales teams.
  • Fluent English (B2+) required;
  • Fluent Polish (B2+) required;
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
