Experienced in strategic purchasing, strong in negotiation and execution: You will be responsible for the procurement of assembly services for battery packs, ensure availability, optimize costs, and manage suppliers.

What does the role involve?
As Lead Buyer, you will take strategic responsibility for the “Batteries” material group, actively shaping the development of our supplier network and ensuring the security of supply for key components.
- Conduct price negotiations and actively manage suppliers
- Analyze supplier performance and implement improvement measures
- Ensure capacity, quality, and availability of assembly services
- Support battery projects through to series production readiness
- Take responsibility for costs in development projects and series production
- Design and manage the supplier selection process in line with strategy
- Contribute to the development of material group and segment strategies
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
