The RBD (Regional Business Developer) is a senior position and positioned within the Sub-Region Gulf Business Development organization. As an RBD you will be focusing on developing a portfolio of Large Accounts in the Onshore Oil & Gas segment where you will create and lead the customer strategy to increase the adoption of Hilti solutions. You will also coordinate a regional team associated with these accounts.

  • Responsible for the development of regional accounts (Owners, EPCs) operating in the Onshore Oil & Gas segment where you will create and lead the customer strategy across the Sub-Region Gulf area.
  • Lead multi-level relationships across technical and commercial departments and build-up deep understanding of the customers relevant internal workflows.
  • Drive standardization, project specifications and sales development to increase share-of-wallet of Hilti solutions and services.
  • Build up the Sub-Region Gulf projects and opportunity pipeline and coordinate capture teams to achieve annual Net Sales ambitions.
  • Maintain up to date market insights and collaborate with Regional Segment Management to successfully implement the 2030 corporate strategy

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master’s in Engineering or MBA considered a plus
  • Track record (5+ years) in Business Development or similar Sales Management positions
  • In-depth understanding of the Energy / Oil & Gas sector and experience of working with EPCs or OEMs
  • Experience of interacting and negotiating across technical and commercial departments with an understanding of their internal frameworks and processes
  • A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
