What's the Role?

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What does the role involve?

• Professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in territories within the target industry
• ︁︆︅︂︂︅︂︀︀︂︀︆Developing existing as well as establishing new customer relationships
• Promotion and demonstration of Hilti products and solutions
• Accurate record of customer history and potential to provide the company with detailed knowledge and information about the account base

What you need is:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree;
  • Previous experience in B2B direct sales - minimum 2 years;
  • Construction field passion and knowledge;
  • You are familiar with using software tools (CRM or ERP);
  • Fluency in English is an advantage;
  • Driving license, category B is mandatory;
  • Team-player'
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
