We are looking for TA Business Partner who will be responsible for attracting and hiring diverse sales, engineering, channels and enabling functions talent to MO Bulgaria, working with hiring managers to devise appropriate search strategies and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience for all applicants, regardless of outcome. The role will be a true business partner, bringing market insights to stakeholders and with a delivery-focused mindset throughout.

What does the role include:
- Pro-actively identify high calibre diverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research;
- Focus on delivering top results for your area, utilizing all available system reporting to identify search priorities based on days open, application numbers, conversions of search to interview and conversion of interview to offer and adjusting the search strategy to deliver the best result in the shortest timeframe;
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for your designated areas, including business as usual ‘BAU’ recruitment activity and Perfect Start, managing your stakeholders effectively and working with the hiring managers and HRBPs for your area to develop proactive resourcing strategies;
- Initiate, build and maintain strong networks with candidates, the TA team and the wider business and maintain a strong external network in the sourcing community, sharing innovation and best practice internally;
- Utilize Beamery to identify candidates from the relevant talent pools and referrals who are a match for open vacancies and managing the candidate journey of these people Conduct in-depth screenings of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and selling the Hilti proposition to passive candidates who may not be aware of us;
- Raise Hilti’s profile as an employer of choice, promoting vacancies through LinkedIn and other social media platforms and creating and sharing regular, relevant and engaging communication;
- Conduct screenings of potential candidates who have passed first round of pre-selection, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and selling the Hilti proposition to passive candidates who may not yet know Hilti as an employer of choice;
- Implement the university attraction strategy, building partnerships with key target universities in your sector/geography and ensuring Hilti is positioned as an employer of choice on campus, attending and managing events as required;
- Manage and take ownership on employer branding roadmap and responsible for implementing budgeted initiatives on a yearly basis;
- Own the co-ordination and delivery of regular assessment centers for local talent programs and BAU hires, taking responsibility for candidate attraction and supporting the expansion of assessment centers into markets where we are not currently using them as appropriate;
- Support the shortlisting and selection process and ensure the process is fair, unbiased and strengths-based in line with Hiring the Best People principles;
- Deliver Hiring the Best People training to hiring managers, keeping them up to date with best practice and always championing candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
- Manage the offer and on-boarding process with candidates by HR guidelines and your external market understanding to guide the hiring manager on appropriate compensation levels;
- Support HR admin activities related to internal company events such as: kick off meetings, sustainability and regional projects, etc.;
- Understand your functional and geographical market, sharing insights to keep us relevant and current, bringing the outside in and ensuring Hilti remains competitive in the talent landscape.

What you need is:
1. Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, preferably in a multinational or dynamic environment;
- Proven expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various levels of positions, including senior roles;
- Experience in utilizing recruitment technologies beyond an ATS or are very comfortable working with new technologies and systems, including talent relationship management, strengths-based hiring platform and Workday;
- Experience of driving a diverse candidate pipeline and the ability to champion this with hiring managers, including the ability to write inclusive job adverts.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruitment marketing;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates;
- Ability to maintain high levels of data quality to build insights that drive decision-making;
- Resilience to deal with multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and a high volume, always-on recruitment cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
- Additional certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM) are a plus.
- Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse teams and geographies.
