Industry Account Manager / Bursa

What's the role?

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Industry sales team in Bursa. This is no ordinary sales job, as ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture.

What does the role involve?

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering sales and profit results from the Industry accounts and key accounts portfolio through effective planning and disciplined sales execution.

You will be responsible for developing multi-level contacts within offices and plants, and negotiating commercial agreements for the selected accounts. You’d actively promote Hilti products, services and software, and develop specific value propositions for these customers. Effective communication to the sales teams, the key accounts team and other relevant members of the wider Hilti team is part of your daily duties.

Development of potential project portfolio, determination of customer requirements, preparation of quotations and follow-up; introducing and selling Hilti products and solutions to customers; consulting and training customers on-site on how to use and apply Hilti products & solutions; developing new customers and building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers will be within your scope.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering)
  • Min 3 year sales experience in the industry is preferable
  • Preferably previous professional working experience within construction sector
  • Background in technical sales is an advantage
  • Good level in English
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships
  • To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
  • Ability to learn quickly, willing to develop self
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
  • Experienced driver
  • Resident in Bursa
