What's the role?

Hilti Fleet Management is our strategic service offering to manage our customers’ construction tools efficiently. In the role of the Chief IT Cohort Lead you are responsible to develop and lead a large group of distributed IT Business Analysts with their primary focus on SAP. You ensure an efficient and effective contribution of your team members to large scale strategic programs.

What does the role involve?

As a Chief IT Cohort lead for IT Business Analysts, you are heading a large group of IT Business Analysts. You lead a multi-national team and develop a sustainable organizational setup across different locations. With this you assume line responsibility for a global team including hiring and developing your team members. You are responsible to drive significant impact created from a structured application of planning, realization and controlling skills to guide your team towards defined targets. You need to closely collaborate across the organization and external our partners on large scaled strategic program assignments.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in developing and leading multi-national teams across different locations with proven positive impact
  • At least 8 years of experience within a global SAP environment ideally with past IT hands-on experience within SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people and global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals
  • Proven business acumen and customer focus providing value-adding solutions
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and communication skills
