As part of a team, you play a central role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations while driving cost efficiency. You are the key user for our Origin-Calculation-Software, and you’ll support our global Hilti organisation on the topics of preferential and non-preferential origin.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible.
What You'll do
Manage and optimize MIC OCS to meet evolving business and compliance needs
Support internal users and coordinate with IT and the software vendor
Advise on preferential and non-preferential origin, including master data management
Drive process improvements to enhance cost efficiency in global trade
Ensure compliance by liaising with chambers of commerce, customs authorities, suppliers, and customers on certifications and declarations
What You’ll Bring
Apply your expertise in foreign trade with confidence and independence
Grasp new tasks quickly, analyze challenges, and communicate solutions clearly
Leverage your background in commercial training or a bachelor’s degree
Bring experience in customs, foreign trade, or export operations, ideally as a key user
Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English and German
