Customer & Market Communication Manager – Event Marketing

At Hilti, our event marketing brings customers and markets closer to our innovations. As Customer & Market Communication Manager – Event Marketing, you own the end-to-end customer-facing communication for global and regional events—driving awareness, engagement, and lead conversion across all channels. This role combines storytelling, digital activation, and stakeholder coordination in a highly visible global marketing environment.

This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 20%
This role can be based in Schaan or Paris.

What You'll do

  • Own and execute all customer and market communication for global and regional event formats across pre-, during-, and post-event phases
  • Develop the event storyline, messaging, and customer-facing content, including scripts, speeches, presentations, and digital assets
  • Drive event-related digital campaigns to maximize registrations, engagement, and high-quality lead generation
  • Ensure structured lead follow-up, KPI tracking, and performance reporting across markets and channels
  • Coordinate closely with business units, content teams, and strategic marketing to align messaging and value propositions
  • Support the rollout of scalable event communication blueprints for regional and local events, centralizing operations where possible
  • Collaborate with the broader event marketing team to deliver and execute event formats end-to-end
  • Manage stakeholders across multiple functions and regions to ensure consistent execution and value creation

What You’ll Bring

To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need so that we’re driving impact together from day one. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications; experience with digital conversion campaigns and event marketing
  • Strong ability to craft holistic communication concepts and customer journeys across channels
  • Solid project management background; comfortable managing complex, multi-stream initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Hilti’s value proposition and industry dynamics
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with proven stakeholder management experience
