As our Audit Manager, you will combine strong finance and accounting expertise with audit, risk, and process management. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to identify risks, strengthen compliance, and turn audit findings into practical recommendations and process improvements.

What You'll do

Drive Audit, Risk & Compliance:

• Act as a trusted partner to identify business risks, assess process compliance, and strengthen the internal control environment.
• Coordinate and contribute to audit activities and follow-up assessments of previous audit findings, working closely with relevant Group Audit stakeholders.
• Identify and assess key audit findings, ensuring the right level of detail and alignment with Group requirements.
• Apply your expertise in internal controls, risk, and compliance to identify both risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Use your strong accounting, finance, and systems knowledge to assess different business cycles and potential risk exposure.
• Apply audit techniques and accounting expertise to improve internal audit work packages and ways of working.
• Translate complex or technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Bring critical thinking and an outside-in perspective to challenge existing processes and identify better solutions.

• Contribute to standardization, automation, and continuous process improvements, including enhancements to the internal control system.
• Coordinate and contribute to local projects and new processes while supporting cross-functional and Group initiatives with your professional expertise.
• Work in a dynamic environment where new topics, evolving ways of working, and continuous learning are part of the role.
• Share your expertise across the team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Bring

• A university degree in Finance or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, controlling, accounting, or finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, internal controls, and audit techniques; CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or similar qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• A structured and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to explain complex topics clearly and navigate challenging discussions.
• Fluent English, flexibility for business travel, and openness to international career opportunities.
