Finance Analyst
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys translating data into meaningful business insights, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll do
Support end-to-end financial planning cycle, including Rolling Forecasts, Gameplan, Perfect Year Start (PYS), by delivering timely analyses and actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Drive operating expenses (OpEx) optimization initiatives and partner with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities while supporting effective working capital management to enhance cashflow and financial performance.
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial reports, providing meaningful variance analyses and recommendations to support management decisions.
Support compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements by assisting with internal controls, audit activities, and tax-related matters to ensure sound financial governance.
Champion continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives by streamlining finance processes, enhancing reporting efficiency and leveraging automation tools to improve productivity.
Perform financial modeling, scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business opportunities, assess financial risks and support strategic planning and investment decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications requirements
Master degree in Finance, accounting, business, engineering or other discipline from reputable university
Qualified CPA or CFA with around 3 years of experience gained in MNCs
