Join our Engineering team to Make Construction Better in Medellin
We’re seeking a Field Engineer to join our Engineering team, position based in Medellín. In this role, you’ll provide expert technical support and consulting to our clients in the Residential & Commercial Construction sectors.
This is a technical-strategic position that works closely with our sales team. We’re looking for a professional who is passionate about construction projects from early planning stages to final execution. You should have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and the expertise to deliver tailored solutions and specify the right products for each phase of a project.

What You'll do
Engage with B2B clients in the Construction Industry, including large construction firms, engineering consultancies and key decision makers on the construction industry
Identify early-stage projects to collaborate on with the sales team.
Support ongoing projects by providing technical consulting to help close deals.
Deliver comprehensive technical advisory services during the early phases of projects.
Manage customized technical projects by developing solutions, technical specifications, and material lists to meet client needs.
Conduct on-site visits across Medellin & Cali
Support the sales network in presenting technical and commercial proposals to clients.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields
4–5 years of experience in similar roles, including project management, engineering consulting, or technical-commercial advisory in the Construction Industry.
Experience with BIM modeling and Lean Construction is a plus
Conversational English - Intermediate level at least (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal skills across multiple levels
Teamwork, leadership and Collaboration attitude
Organized, proactive, and autonomous - ownership to develop the projects and achieve the goals
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with CAD software and Revit is desirable
