Mart Wolters holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and further advanced his leadership capabilities through the IMD Executive Leadership Program in Lausanne. As Warehouse Manager II for Hilti Canada, he leads the Toronto National Distribution Center, driving operational excellence with a strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, performance, and people development. His leadership approach centers on building high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and operational efficiency.
