Talent Acquisition Business Partner

What are we looking for?

Are you passionate about finding the right talent and creating outstanding candidate experiences? As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Hilti Finland, you will have a strategic, central role, taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process while helping shape our employer branding and talent strategy. You will join the Finnish HR team and lead end to end recruitment for the Finland market organization.

You will partner closely with managers across the organisation and play a key role in attracting and developing future talent while strengthening Hilti’s position as an employer of choice.

What You'll do

The Role:

You will manage the entire recruitment process, from the initial needs analysis through to ensuring new employees are onboarded professionally and warmly. You will maintain high-quality processes and ensure candidates have a positive experience of Hilti. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating recruitment across a range of functions—from specialist, sales, warehouse and workshop roles to graduate programmes and leadership positions.
• Managing operational recruitment activities, including writing job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews and participating in interviews.
• Advising and supporting managers on role requirements, team composition and hiring decisions.
• Proactively sourcing candidates in the external market, networking and developing candidate pipelines.
• Partnering closely with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and ensuring future skills needs are met.
• Leading employer-branding projects to strengthen our employer brand.
• Building, developing and maintaining relationships with universities and external talent networks.

What You’ll Bring

What do you bring?

• A university degree in HR or a related discipline
• At least 4-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience coaching and collaborating with managers on candidate profiles and selection
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
• A structured, analytical working style and the ability to manage complex recruitment assignments
• A proactive, commercially minded and solution-focused approach, with the ability to build long-term talent pipelines
