We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Order To Cash team.
What You'll do
Join our international Shared Service Center and launch your career at the intersection of Finance, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence.
As an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in global finance operations while supporting multiple countries in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
You will discover how modern finance organizations manage the complete customer-to-cash journey by contributing to activities such as:
- Customer account management
- Cash allocation and payment processing
- Collection and eceivables management
- Account reconciliations and reporting
- Month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable
- Cash forecasting
You will have the opportunity to see how data, technology, and finance come together to support customer relationships, optimize cash flow, and enable smarter business decisions in a global organization.
As your experience grows, you will support the monitoring of customer accounts, investigate payment discrepancies, contribute to collection activities, and help ensure high-quality financial data and reporting.
Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and functions, gaining exposure to both operational excellence and transformation initiatives that are shaping the future of Finance.
What You’ll Bring

- You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Finance or similar or equivalent finance qualification
- You’re fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, ready to connect in an international context.
- You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools
