As FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies and driving business performance. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll provide transparency, actionable insights, and ensure reliable execution of planning and controlling tasks. This role is key to enabling informed decisions and supporting growth through robust financial analysis and performance management.
What You'll do
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including rolling forecasts, target setting, and performance reviews.
- Drive business insights through in-depth financial analysis, trend evaluation, and reporting for senior management.
- Champion the P&L by ensuring transparency and accurate reporting across functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business models and assess financial impact for strategic decisions.
- Implement process improvements, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, P&L, balance sheet, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial tools and data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
