What does the role involve?

As a Social Media & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with the regional marketing team, local sales teams, and global brand functions to ensure our content is relevant, consistent, and aligned with our business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and email marketing.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations across our social media channels, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Leading social media campaigns that increase brand visibility, support lead generation, and build customer loyalty.
  • Collaborating with influencers, brand ambassadors, and subject matter experts to co-create credible and authentic content to improve reach.
  • Tracking key performance indicators, analyzing data, and optimizing content based on insights. 

You will have a strong voice in shaping Hilti’s online presence and make tangible impact on how customers experience our brand.

What you need is:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
  • A strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
  • A creative mindset and an eye for storytelling across formats and channels
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sprinklr, Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms (a plus, not a requirement)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both Danish and English
