What's the role?
Our team is embedded in the Marketing & Sales Analytics Center of Excellence at Hilti.
We are looking for an Intern-Data Quality Engineer for Hilti Marketing Data Platform.
As this platform is building data product by mixing data coming from many sources, we need to ensure that those data product are reliable.
For that we built data quality technical foundations in our platform.
You will be responsible for technical implementation those foundations in all our projects. You will also contribute to the technical foundation project.
You will meet up with our Data Product Owners, Data Engineer and our Quality Insurance engineer team.
This is a 4-6month Internship open to start between now and September 2025.

What does the role involve?
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of data and data quality, and to work with a team of experts in the Global Strategic Marketing department. You will have the chance to work on exciting projects that make Hilti more data driven. As a Data Quality Intern, you will be part of implementing our technical vision regarding data quality.
In this role, you will work in an open-minded and evolving environment that encourages innovation and creativity. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and learn from their expertise. You will play an integral role in emphasizing and in implementing Data Quality in the different Use case we support.

What you need is:
- Last year of Engineering Degree in information systems, computer science, data engineering or similar
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to synthesize, derive conclusions
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- A proven track record in working with data and coding in Python and experience to work in an AWS environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
