What's the role?
In this exiting role, you will be responsible for Quality related topics in a highly dynamic environment of production of consumables in our Plant. You are in a driver seat for Quality planning of new products in development phase. Furthermore, you will ensure operational excellence and improve the Quality Management System on global base.
This full time position is available as soon as possible.

What does the role involve?
Your tasks will comprise a wide range of quality assurance methods, required in product development process and/or in serial production to assure the customer satisfaction of our high-end products on the global market. These quality assurance methods include activities like inspection planning, measurement concepts, risk management, supplier qualification, training of people, sample inspection, statistical analysis and corrective & preventive actions, in order to qualify both internal as well as external production processes and to guarantee constant high quality. You will also be responsible for supplier management by conducting process audits. Furthermore, you will be involved to support our global manufacturing network.

What you need is:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science; 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, either in product development or in serial production
- Experience with quality tools like FMEA, 8D, CIP, A3, audits, SPC, and Six Sigma is desirable
- Strong communication skills in both English and German, with strong capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and high learning agility
- Negotiation and presentation skills in a challenging environment
