In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that increase our market presence and optimize our sales team’s productivity. You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to translate data and insights into actionable plans.

What are the responsibilities associated with this role?

  • Design and Lead Territory Planning: Define the geographical structure of sales territories and customer allocation across the CEE region in collaboration with local and regional stakeholders. Ensure the setup supports business growth, efficiency, and clarity for all sales roles.
  • Lead a High-Impact Planning Team: Manage and develop a small team responsible for local sales planning activities across multiple countries. Provide guidance, set priorities, and ensure adherence to the planning process and timelines.
  • Drive Growth through Market Insights: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market data, customer trends, and competitive dynamics. Support regional investment decisions with clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Optimize Customer and Sales Coverage Models: Manage the assignment of customers to sales areas based on data-driven logic and processes. Ensure fair distribution, optimize workload, and adapt to organizational changes and market evolution.
  • Lead Sales Data Governance and Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and sales data across the region. Oversee regular data maintenance routines and enforce standards that support segmentation, territory planning, and business decision-making.
  • Improve Sales Performance: Track how sales teams are performing in different areas, spot any problems, and suggest ways to boost their results.
  • Prepare Reports and Analysis: Create reports and data summaries that help management make informed decisions.

Our requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales strategy, sales operations, or business planning roles.
  • Team Leadership: Previous experience managing and leading teams, motivating others, and driving results together.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data tools like Excel, SQL, or similar software to generate insights. Proficiency in SAP and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Communication: Strong ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different teams and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Enjoy collaborating across departments and supporting shared goals.
  • Language: Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written (min. B2).
  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
