What does the role involve?
- Engineering of complete applications based on Hilti modular support systems and related products such as anchors or direct fastening solutions using Hilti proprietary software (PROFIS suite), BIM design, standard structural calculation software (e.g. R-Stab, SAP2000) or doing hand calculations.
- Ensure high quality of engineering work and compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Communication with customer from understanding technical requirements to discussing options and convincing about solutions, either by internet or personal presence.
- Collaborate on project execution with different Hilti departments such as sales, global logistics or finance.
- Ensure the adherence to relevant codes and Hilti standards in project engineering by managing external engineering subcontractors and support to internal engineers to ensure quality of their engineering.
- Provide input to sales & business development in acquisition phase in regards to Hilti value proposition of key applications, competitive methods and competition from a technical point of view.

What you need is:
- Degree in Mechanical, Structural & Civil Engineering with at least 5 years working experience
- Know how in AutoCAD basic or BIM (Revit)
- Experience working with structural engineering software (R-Stab, SAP2000) is a plus
- Experience with Hong Kong specific codes and regulations related to modular support system or experience in interacting with Hong Kong government approval bodies
- Excellent communication skills, team work and self-learning ability
- Dynamic personality with strong performance mindset and can-do attitude
- React quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Interested in future career progression with mobility
