Tool Service Center Manager Arlöv

What's the role

The purpose of this role is to manage Hilti’s Tool Service Centre, leading a team of 25 individuals including one line manager and two team managers. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to deliver best-in-class tool service through efficient operations for the Swedish and Danish market. This includes driving competitive tool service differentiation and ensuring fair repair pricing to enhance value for money awareness, thereby supporting tool sales growth. Furthermore, you will be responsible for executing a seamless customer experience through end-to-end service processes for all customers.

What does the role involve?

  • Develop and execute the tool service strategy and regional roadmap for efficient operations and competitive differentiation.
  • Deliver sustainable productivity, manage costs, and maintain high service levels.
  • Prepare and allocate resources based on capacity needs to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through efficient service processes and high repair standards.
  • Manage lean processes for ongoing improvement and operational excellence.
  • Execute legal and compliance standards, including handling crisis management plans.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team with a strong customer focus.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and align with market stakeholders for effective end-to-end service delivery.

What you need is:


  • Some years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.
  • Shares our core values of courage, integrity, teamwork, and commitment.
  • High ambitions, strong drive, and a desire to develop their career both nationally and internationally within the Hilti Group.
  • Relevant university degree.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike.
