What's the role?
Join us as an Intern in our Finance team and you will work on exciting projects as a General Ledger / Order to Cash / Procure to Pay. As a member of our international and multidisciplinary team, you will gain experience in this newly established Shared Service Center (SSC), as we provide all the Accounting related services to Hilti organizations located in the Asian Pacific Region. We strive at providing standardized, high quality and value-adding services to the entities we service.
The start date for the internship is flexible to the student's availability with a duration of at least 4-6 months.

What does the role involve?
As an Accounting student at Hilti Asia IT Services, you are:
- Required to perform basic tasks, such as invoice processing, prepare proposal for scheduled payment runs; prepare simple journals in Blackline system.
- To perform simple operational tasks, usually assigned to junior accountants. This will be done under the supervision of senior team members or team leaders.
- To attend meetings both virtual and physical, as required. Also, in participating during teams' discussion.

What you need is:
- You are currently enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. studies in Business, Finance, or similar or equivalent finance qualification.
- Your strategic approach and good problem-solving skills are paired with proactiveness and a hands-on mentality.
- You have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English.
- You are eager to learn and challenge yourself.
