Join us as an Audit Business Partner and take a leading role in shaping risk management, process excellence, and compliance across Western Europe. As a trusted advisor, you’ll drive internal and ISO audits, ensure adherence to group standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Combining a deep understanding of finance, systems, and business processes, you’ll translate complex findings into actionable insights that support sound decision-making. With a balance of strategic vision and pragmatic execution, you’ll influence stakeholders, foster collaboration, and inspire teams to grow together—strengthening both compliance and performance.
Vos missions
- Lead internal audits, ISO certifications, and process compliance initiatives across the organization, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
- Ensure accurate financial and operational controls with a strong understanding of Hilti processes, ERP systems, and the business model.
- Drive cross-functional projects, challenge the status quo, and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, influence stakeholders, and provide clear guidance on audit and risk findings.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire team members while fostering a positive, high-performance departmental culture.
Vos atouts pour ce poste
- Finance master’s degree and/or CPA (or equivalent ACA, ACCA. CIMA, MBA)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experiences
- Very good functional expertise (e.g. finance, processes, accounting)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and particularly SAP/BI or SAP ByD
- Knowledge on ISO certification, particularly on ISO 9001 & 14001
- Fluent in French and English
