Opportunity to combine hands-on execution with strategic leadership

Are you ready to shape the future of digital engagement for a global brand? In this role, you’ll own Hong Kong’s social media strategy and digital marketing initiatives while gaining regional exposure across North Asia including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. You’ll lead the end-to-end social media operations, create impactful content, and drive innovative programs like influencer collaborations and employee advocacy. This is your opportunity to combine hands-on execution with strategic leadership, working closely with global and regional teams to deliver measurable impact.

What You'll do

Hands-on Social Media Management for Hong Kong
Channel Ownership

  • Manage Hong Kong’s social channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar with brand-aligned creative, copy, and publishing cadence.
  • Engage and grow online communities.

Content Creation & Campaign Production
  • Develop content concepts and produce/adapt assets (short-form videos, carousels, stories, reels, thought-leadership posts).
  • Brief and manage agencies for high-production pieces.
  • Tailor content for different audiences (specifiers, contractors, engineers) and channels.

Sprinklr Operations & Analytics
  • Use Sprinklr for scheduling, listening, routing, and reporting; troubleshoot with Global as needed.
  • Initiate conversational marketing campaigns on WhatsApp and co-create content with partners and agencies.
  • Build monthly dashboards (reach, engagement, CTR, VTR, site traffic) and provide insight-driven recommendations.

Influencer & Employee Advocacy Programs
  • Identify and develop influencer pools (internal & external), execute engagement campaigns and content.
  • Drive Hilti Network (employee advocacy program) internal communications, promote participation, and boost engagement through social content and internal campaigns.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Present monthly progress and quarterly impact to the Hong Kong’s executive management team and regional digital team.
  • Run test-and-learn sprints (creative formats, copy angles, posting windows, targeting) and document playbooks.

Regional Strategy & Governance (North Asia)
  • Lead the internal employee advocacy program (“Hilti Network”): activation, content kits, training, governance, and recognition.
  • Support external influencer programs: design frameworks, source/manage creators with 5 offices in North Asia/agencies, ensure brand safety and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Global Digital, Marketing, HR, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and enablement.
  • Own program KPIs, dashboards, insights, and regional social budgets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Around 5–8 years’ work experience in social media including at least 2 years of direct channel management and community moderation. Proven experience working in social media or digital marketing agency environment is essential.
  • Self-motivated professional with a strong passion for social media and digital engagement. Past track record in delivering influencer programs, creator collaborations, and enabling employee advocacy or internal training.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content adaptation skills for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with familiarity in short-form video trends.
  • Proficiency with enterprise social media platforms (Sprinklr preferred) for publishing, listening, care, and reporting. Strong analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, UTM tracking, and insight storytelling.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and balance regional strategy with local execution.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or construction sectors is highly desirable.
  • Basic video editing and design skills (Premiere, CapCut, Canva) and understanding of performance marketing workflows (Demand Generation, CRM/MA integrations, webinar promotion) are advantageous.
  • Aspire to build a long-term career with flexibility to relocate for future advancement.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered; the position title will be commensurate with experience.
