What You'll do
- Manage the inflow of sales and non-sales candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Handle job ad responses and conduct direct searches
- Proactively approach potential candidates via social media
- Screen and select candidates via video interviews, assessments, and tests
- Manage the full recruitment process from A to Z
- Collaborate closely with the business and hiring managers
- Attend career fairs and optimise campus recruitment
- Work actively with external recruitment partners
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma met ruime ervaring in interne of agency-recruitment
- Expertise in werving en talentacquisitie
- Sterk in online sourcing en digitale wervingstechnieken
- Uitstekende communicatie in Nederlands (moedertaal); goed in Frans en Engels
- Professioneel advies aan alle niveaus, inclusief senior management
- Georganiseerde teamspeler die resultaten behaalt
- Vaardig in MS Office en digitale tools
