"As a construction sales project manager (CPM), I cover a large territory and some of the largest, most complex projects in North Texas. As we see the trend of data centers sprouting across the country and our state, the directive from owner groups we work with is clear – build fast, build right, and build safe. Hilti’s purpose, Making Construction Better, leads to us being the best partner to help our customers achieve this mission. Hilti as an organization has the resources to be the best partner for our customers on jobsites with this mission. That’s where my role as a CPM comes in. As a CPM, I’m tasked with helping communicate this message to our partners on jobsites and ensure we execute on all the details big and small. We are a large organization with a lot of moving parts, so having a CPM as the stakeholder who owns the project for Hilti is critical to pointing all our resources in the right direction at the right time."
