What's the Role?

We are looking for a dynamic W2 Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Team in Panama City. In this role, you will act as the key link between marketing and sales, ensuring that digital leads generated through automated flows and regional campaigns are effectively managed and converted into business opportunities.

What does the role involve?

This position assumes close work on automated global and regional communication flows to create leads and tasks for sales teams in the region, taking into account global guidelines, combined with a deep understanding of each country's needs to deliver unique brand experiences.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive and control lead generation and sales adoption for all automated and manual flows
  • Manage full funnel campaigns for our services: Fleet, On!Track, and Profis
  • Localize global flows (incl. emails, landing pages, lead descriptions)
  • Influence customers' data quality and foster ecommerce share increase
  • Drive net sales impact and new customers

What you need is:

  • Project management/organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously for different teams targeting different audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, English and Spanish/Portuguese.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels: marketing, sales, local and global teams.
  • SFDC experience on pro-level.
  • Sales experience as a plus.
  • Digital marketing / Marketing communication experience 3+ years.
