What's the role?
The Transportation Process Manager is responsible for leading and managing carrier integration from implementation through to operational performance, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role supports logistics and distribution networks across all regions of the U.S. and Canada, leveraging SAP and RLoS (Regional Level of Service). The position is instrumental in developing and executing strategies that align transportation and supply chain objectives with business goals—ensuring customer expectations are met while delivering targeted service levels and cost efficiencies

What does the role involve?
- Manage service levels with suppliers responsible for carrier integration, in line with company strategy.
- Serve as a logistics expert, supporting Operations, Market Organizations, and Corporate Functions to ensure effective end-to-end process flow.
- Identify and develop operational and supply concepts across functional areas (sales and operations).
- Continuously improve procedures, practices, and systems related to Carrier Integration, ConnectShip, Minisoft, RLoS, and HNA Output Determination.
- Monitor and provide transparency on shipment, and delivery details to internal and external customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of combined operations and supply chain experience.
- Experience in at least two of the following: Materials Management, Transportation, or Warehousing.
- Experience in customer service, project management, process improvement, supply chain, or related fields.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence team members at all levels.
- Ability to manage both operational and strategic initiatives concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of transportation processes and freight networks in the U.S. and Canada.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Power BI
- Experience applying Lean systems (KaiNexus) for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience working within and managing teams.
- Experience in change management and cross-functional project work.
- Experience leading large teams through direct and indirect reporting relationships.
