What does the role involve?

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions using Hilti’s innovative products and services.
  • Collaborating with teammates and cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Working from our Dublin Head Office (Finglas), with hybrid working available (2 days at home, 3 days in office) after 6 months .

This is not a typical sales role. At Hilti, we focus on quality over quantity—building long-term partnerships, not just transactions.

What you need is:

  • Experience in sales or customer service (essential)
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Full working rights in Ireland
